Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened skincare/cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Incorrect orders placed by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
After approval and inspection, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the case.
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is verified.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
